What is your return policy for luxury ready-to-wear?
We offer a 14-day return window for all unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact. Please note that for health and safety reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear. Items showing any signs of wear or missing tags will not be accepted.
Do you offer international shipping and customs coverage?
Yes, we ship worldwide via premium couriers. For orders to the US, EU, and UK, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout so there are no hidden fees upon delivery. For other regions, customs duties may be applied by your local authorities.
How should I care for my luxury swimwear to ensure longevity?
To maintain the integrity of our Italian fabrics and hardware, we recommend rinsing your swimwear in fresh cold water immediately after use. Hand wash with a mild detergent and lay flat to dry in the shade. Avoid rough surfaces and high levels of chlorine.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
We are committed to conscious luxury. Many of our swimwear pieces are crafted from ECONYL, a 100% regenerated nylon yarn made from ocean plastic and ghost nets, ensuring high-end quality with a lower environmental footprint.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
As we strive for rapid fulfillment, orders are processed quickly. You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placement. Once the order has entered the shipping phase, we are unable to make changes, but you may initiate a return once the package arrives.
