At Luxury Swimwear and Ready to Wear, we strive for perfection; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unworn items with original tags and hygiene seals intact within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all labels, protective liners, and tags are securely attached.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal request to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects the garment to ensure it meets our quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
